Brief : The chief function of the automatic drainage system is to collect, transport, as well as dispose the solid waste in the waste bucket by the help of claws. Solid waste in drainage water includes empty bottles, polythene bags, papers etc.

Impurities in drainage water can lead to blockage of the drainage system. In order to avoid such situation these impurities are needed to be taken out time to time for the continuous flow of drainage water. Drain can be cleaned continuously by the help of model using the drive system to remove the solid waste and threw it into waste bucket.

This project is designed with the objective to initiate the efficient working of system. This project automatically cleans the water in the drainage system each time any impurity appears, and claws which are driven by chain sprocket grasp the solid waste and threw it into the waste bucket to avoid blockage. It even reduces the cost of manual labor as well as reduces the threat to human life.

Brief : This project is on the design and construction of an automatic power hacksaw machine for cutting of metal to different size and length with the help of hacksaw.

In automatic hacksaw machine the crank and slotted lever type mechanism is used in two pair and we arrange it with hacksaw.  This hacksaw machine has four hacksaw blades which is cut four work pieces with in one time and in accurate number of cycles.

Brief : Locomotion control in robotics is commonly achieved using wheels. However, wheeled robots have deficiencies moving in complex terrain and can have a catastrophic failure if even a single motor is damaged.

Legged robots have discrete contacts with the ground that are good for walking over obstacles and navigating complex terrain. Legged robots are also protected from failure due to the redundancy of multiple legs.

A two-legged robot is very unstable and requires a complicated control design to keep its balance. A four-legged robot can achieve average stability that does not always require fine balancing. However, a four legged robot does not offer any redundancy. If one leg fails, the robot will lose the ability to walk. A robot with six or more legs offers redundancy and the ability to walk even when a leg has failed or damaged.

Brief : The design and fabrication of pedal powered water purifier includes a chain system with pumping action along with supporting frame,  RO filters, etc. The water before getting pressurized is passed through filters to remove large particles and basic filtering.

The container on the other end is used to draw pure water from it using a tap. Thus we achieve a pedal powered water purification system as a renewable water purifier. We can also add dynamo to the pedal and store the energy in a battery to boil the water.

Brief : A hexapod robot is a mechanical vehicle that walks on six legs. Since a robot can be statically stable on three or more legs, a hexapod robot has a great deal of flexibility in how it can move.

If legs become disabled, the robot may still be able to walk. Furthermore, not all of the robot’s legs are needed for stability; other legs are free to reach new foot placements or manipulate a payload.

Brief : The rocker-bogie system is the suspension arrangement developed in 1988 for use in NASA‘s Mars rover Sojourner, and which has since become NASA‘s favored design for rovers. It has been used in the 2003 Mars Exploration Rover mission robots Spirit and Opportunity, on the 2012 Mars Science Laboratory (MSL) mission’s rover Curiosity, and is slated for use in the Mars 2020 rover.

Brief : Solar panels are good but get dirty quickly which reduces their efficiency. Checkout a potential solution for cleaning them without much investment. It is a wireless system which can be easily controlled via an Android App. With payload capacity of 5L, it can be a handy solution for dirty solar panels.

Brief : As the name suggest, this machine is used for agricultural purposes to sow, till and harvest crops. It is motorized and requires battery for its operation. Customization can also be done as required.

Brief : The aim of this project is to integrate the mechanical system of hydraulic press with hydraulic system to facilitate the ease of operation to manufacture the smaller parts in a bulk. In the present scenario, time constrain is a crucial part for completion of any production process.

Thus with the aid of automation, the production time can be reduced as well as higher degree of accuracy can be achieved as the human efforts will be alleviated.
